“Last night I saw a marvelous dream. I saw a man from my Ummah and the Angel of Death approached him to take his soul, but the man’s obedience to his parents came and kept the Angel at bay.’ ‘Thereafter I saw a man from my Ummah subjected to the torment of the grave but then his ablution came and rescued him from it.’ ‘Then I saw a man from my Ummah surrounded by devils, then his remembrance of Allah came to him and delivered him from their midst.’ ‘Then I saw a man from my Ummah who was surrounded by the Angels of torment, but his Salah came to him and rescued him from their hands.’

I have seen a Hadith saying Rasulullah (sallallahu’alayhi wasallam) said: ‘Striving in the part of Allah is better than all the good you can do for your family.’
The reference was mustadrak. How do we explain above Hadith with the other that says: the best of you is who is best to his family?
