What is the authenticity of the following narration?

Abu Darda (radiyallahu ‘anhu) says:

The Sahabah (radiyallahu ‘anhum) were once discussing family ties by Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam). So they said, ‘Whomsoever joins family ties, his lifespan will increase’. Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) explained, ‘A person’s lifespan will not be lengthened for Allah Ta’ala says, ‘When their appointed time comes, they will neither be able to delay it a moment nor advance it’ [Surah A’araf, verse: 34]. This refers to A person who leaves behind a pious progeny who will make du’a for him after his demise and this du’a will reach him. This is what is meant by ‘his lifespan will increase.’

What is the sources and authenticity of this narration:

Ka’b ibn ‘Ujrah (radiyallahu ‘anhu) says that Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said, “Come near the pulpit so we came close’. When He climbed the first step of the pulpit, He said ‘Amin’, When He climbed the second step, He said ‘Amin’, When He climbed the third step, He said ‘Amin’. When He came down, We said ‘O Rasulullah, today we have heard from you something which we had never heard before.’

Rasulullah said, ‘When I climbed the first step, Jibril (‘alayhis salam) appeared before me and said, ‘Destruction to the person who found the blessed month of Ramadan and let it pass by without gaining forgiveness’ then, I said ‘Amin.’

When I climbed the second step, he said, ‘Destruction to the person before whom your name is taken and he does not send durud [salutations] on you.’ I replied ‘Amin.’

When I climbed the third step, he said “Destruction on that person in whose lifetime both his parents or either one of them reaches old age, and he fails to enter Jannah [due to neglecting them and not serving them].’ I said ‘Amin.’

‘Awf ibn Malik (radiyallahu ‘anhu) says:

‘Once whilst sleeping in a Masjid in Ariha, I awoke suddenly to notice a lion coming towards me.I lunged for my weapon. The lion addressed me saying that he had been sent to deliver a message.
