Is this Hadith reliable?

Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said:

من أخاف أهل المدينة أخافه الله

  3. Sahih Ibn Hibban; Al Ihsan, Hadith: 3738

Translation

Whoever frightens the people of Madinah, Allah Ta’ala will make him afraid [on the Day of Qiyamah].

(Faydul Qadir, Hadith: 8347)
