Question

Please provide the reference for the following Hadith:

“If a man gets a daughter grows her up properly and gives her an education and gets her married Jannah becomes binding on him”

 

Answer

Sayyiduna Jabir (radiyallahu ‘anhu) reports that Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said:

“Whoever has three daughters, whom he cares for, educates and gets them married, will get Jannah.”

Someone asked: What if he has only two daughters?

Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) replied: “Even if he has only two.”
