Kindly provide the reference for the following:

Whoever recites the following du’a will be saved from an oppressive ruler

“Raditu billahi Rabba wa bil islami dina wa bi Muhammadin Nabiyya wa bil Qurani hakamaw wa imama”

رضيت بالله ربا وبالإسلام دينا وبمحمد نبيا وبالقرآن حكما وإماما

Answer

Imam Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah (rahimahullah) has recorded the narration as the statement of Abu Mijlaz, Lahiq ibn Humayd (rahimahullah), a Tabi’i.

(Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah, Hadith: 29791)

One may recite this du’a without attributing it to Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam).
