Is this Hadith authentic?

“Abstain from minor sins for Allah Ta’ala will question you regarding those also” [Do not commit minor sins assuming that they are trivial, for Allah Ta’ala will take you to task and question you regarding those also]

Answer

Imam Ibn Majah (rahimahullah) has recorded this narration. Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) had offered this advice to Sayyidah ‘Aishah (radiyallahu ‘anha).

(Sunan Ibn Majah, Hadith: 4243)

Imam Ibn Hibban (rahimahullah) has declared the Hadith authentic.
