Clarification regarding a tasbih which earns one a tree in Jannah

QuestionMy question is regarding the following Hadith: "Whoever says 'SubhanAllah il 'Azimi wa bi hamdihi' (Glory be to Allah, the Almighty), a palm tree will be planted for him in Jannah" In Riyadus Salihin the wording is: "SubhanAllahi wa bi hamdihi" Which one is correct?
