Please verify the following

An easy ‘Amal:

Recite the following daily after Fajr:

3 x Durud

10 x Surah Quraysh

3 x Durud

Through the barakah of the above ‘amal, Allah Ta’ala protects you from harm, grants you barakah and protection against your enemies.

 

Answer

I have not come across this recital in any of the Hadith sources. As stated in the question, this seems to be a prescription (‘amal) of a pious person.

There is no harm in practising on this as long as long as a person does not deem it Sunnah or to be sourced from Hadith.
