Is this Hadith authentic?

“Whoever recites La uqsimu bihadhal-balad (Surah Balad) in an obligatory prayer will be regarded in this world as one of the righteous. In the Hereafter, it will be known that he has a place with Allah, and on the Day of Qiyamah, he will be counted among the company of the Prophets, the martyrs, and the righteous.”

Answer

I have not come across this narration in any authentic Hadith source. This narration appears in Shi’i sources. It should not be quoted.

وعنه قال : من كان قراءته في فريضته لا اقسم بهذا البلد كان في الدنيا معروفا أنه من الصالحين ، وكان في الاخرة معروفا أن له من الله مكانا وكان يوم القيامة من رفقاء النبيين والشهداء والصالحين.

تفسير مجمع البيان – الطبرسي- شيعي- (٣١٨/١٠)
أبو بصير عن أبي عبد الله قال من كان قراءته في الفريضة لا أقسم بهذا البلد كان في الدنيا معروفا أنه من الصالحين وكان في الآخرة معروفا أن له من الله مكانا وكان من رفقاء النبيين والشهداء والصالحين .
