What is the authenticity of the following?

Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said:

“A man’s sitting beside his family is more beloved in the sight of Allah than his spending the night in worship in this Masjid of mine.”

Answer

I have not come across this Hadith in any primary Hadith source nor have I come across a grading from a Muhaddith of the past.
It is cited in some non-primary sources (Tambihul Khawatir, vol. 2, pg. 390).

This narration should not be quoted until it has been sourced and authenticated. There are numerous authentic Hadiths that emphasise the importance of good treatment towards one’s family. These should be referenced instead.
