Is this Hadith authentic?

Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “Digest your food with the Name of Allah and with doing a prayer. And do not go to sleep immediately after eating, as this will make you constipated.”

Answer

I have not come across this narration.

This seems to be a mistranslation of the following unauthentic Hadith:

“Make the digestion process [simpler] by engaging in dhikr or Salah after meals. Do not sleep after meals as this creates [spiritual] hardness in the heart”

(‘Amalul Yawmi Wal Laylah of Ibnus Sunni, Hadith: 489, Shu’abul Iman, Hadith: 5644)

(٤٨٩) – أخبرنا أبو خليفة، حدثنا معاذ بن عبد الرحيم ابن أخي خالد، وعبد الرحمن بن المبارك قالا: ثنا بزيع أبو الخليل، ثنا هشام بن عروة، عن أبيه، عن عائشة، رضي الله عنها قالت: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «أذيبوا طعامكم بذكر الله عز وجل والصلاة، ولا تناموا عليه فتقسو له قلوبكم».

شعب الإيمان:
(٥٦٤٤) – أخبرنا أبو سهل أحمد بن محمد بن إبراهيم المهراني، نا هارون بن أحمد بن هارون الجرجاني، ثنا الفضل بن حباب الجمحي، ثنا معاذ بن معاذ ابن أخي خلاد الأعمى، وعبد الرحمن بن شريك، ثنا بزيع أبو الخليل، ثنا هشام بن عروة، عن أبيه، عن عائشة، قالت: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «أذيبوا طعامكم بذكر الله والصلاة ولا تناموا عليه فتقسو له قلوبكم» هذا منكر تفرد به بزيع وكان ضعيفا.
