Has there been a Muhaddith named Ibn Shihab Zuhri in the history of Islam?

Yes, Imam Muhammad Ibn Muslim Ibn Shihab Zuhri (rahimahullah) was an illustrious senior Muhaddith among the Tabi’un.
He was a student of several Sahabah (radiyallahu’anhum) like Sayyiduna Anas, Sayyiduna Mahmud Ibn Rabi’ , Sayyiduna Abut Tufayl (radiyallahu’anhum) and others. He was the teacher of many senior Muhaddithun in that era. Among his students were Imams: Malik, Awza’i, Sufyan ibn ‘Uyaynah, Layth ibn Sa’d, Ma’mar and others (rahimahumullah).
He is credited with being among the very early compilers of Hadith and was considered by many as the most knowledgeable of his age in the field of Hadith.
His Hadiths appear in almost all famous Hadith books.
Imam Zuhri (rahimahullah) passed away on 17 Ramadan in the year 124 A.H.
