Making du’a in abundance

Question

Is this narration authentic?

Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said:

“If one of you asks then he should ask in abundance for he asks his Rabb”

Answer

Imam Ibn Hibban (rahimahullah) has recorded this Hadith and has declared the Hadith authentic.

Sayyidatuna ‘Aaishah (radiyallahu ‘anha) reports that Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “When one of you asks [Allah for his needs], then he should ask in abundance, for he is asking his Rabb [whose treasures are unlimited].'”

(Sahih Ibn Hibban; Al Ihsan, Hadith: 889. Refer: As Sirajul Munir, vol. 1 pg. 116)

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
