What is the status of the Hadith narrator ‘Ata ibn Abi ‘Alqamah ibn Harith?

‘Ata ibn Abi ‘Alqamah ibn Harith has been declared unknown (majhul).

His narrations will therefore be deemed weak, unless more information about him comes to light.
