Question

Please could you verify the following Narration.

Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said:

“The best of days that you should perform cupping are the seventeenth, nineteenth and the twenty first of the month. I did not pass a single gathering of Angels on the night of Isra except that they would say to me ‘O Muhammad perform cupping’”

Answer

Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said:

“When I went for Isra (Mi’raj) every group of Angels encouraged me to do cupping and the best days for cupping are the seventeenth, nineteenth and twenty first”

(Sunan Tirmidhi, Hadith: 2053)

Imam Tirmidhi (rahimahullah) has classified the above narration as sound (hasan).
