What is the authenticity of this narration?

“There is no harm in possessing wealth for the one who fears [Allah Ta’ala], but good health for those who fear Allah is even better than wealth, and cheerfulness is a bounty”

 

Answer

Imam Ibn Majah (rahimahullah) and others have recorded this narration.

(Sunan Ibn Majah, Hadith: 2141, Al Adabul Mufrad of Imam Bukhari, Hadith: 301 and Musnad Ahmad, vol. 5, pg. 372)

Imam Hakim (rahimahullah) has declared the Hadith authentic and Hafiz Dhahabi concurs. ‘Allamah Busiri has declared the chain of narrators of Ibn Majah reliable.
