Rasulullah ( sallallahu 'alayhi wa sallam) said: "When Allah Ta'ala desires to punish a people(for their sins) he causes their children to die in abundance and makes their woman barren, punishment then befalls them and there remains no one under the mercy of Allah Ta'ala"
