QuestionIs this Hadith authentic? Rasulullah (sallallahu 'alayhi wa sallam) said: "If anyone offers an excuse to his Muslim brother and he does not accept the excuse [whereas this is a genuine excuse] then he becomes guilty of a sin like that of an unjust tax collector."
