Is this a Hadith?

من خصال المنافق أن يحب الحمد ويكره الذم

Answer

I have not come across this as a Hadith of Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam).
Imams Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah and Abu Nu’aym (rahimahumallah) have recorded this as the statement of the reliable Tabi’i, Wahb ibn Munabbih (rahimahullah).

Wahb ibn Munabbih (rahimahullah) said: “Among the traits of a hypocrite is the love for praise and the dislike of criticism.”

(Musannaf ibn Abi Shaybah: 36325 and Hilyatul Awliya, vol. 4, pg. 41)
