Please mention the reference for this narration and the Arabic text:

It was said to Abu Hazim Salamah Ibn Dinar: “O Abu Hazim, do you not see how prices have increased?” He replied, “And what worries you about that? Indeed, the One Who provides for us when prices are low is the One Who provides for us when prices are high.”

 

Answer

Imam Abu Nu’aym (rahimahullah) has recorded this statement of the Tabi’i, Abu Hazim Salamah ibn Dinar (rahimahullah).

Some people came to Abu Hazim [Salamah ibn Dinar] (rahimahullah) and said: “O Abu Hazim! Do you not see that prices have increased?” He said, “What distresses about you about this?” The Being Who provides for us when prices are low, He is the Being Who will provide for us when prices are high.”

Arabic text

عن عبيد الله بن محمد بن يزيد بن حبيش، قال: سمعت أبي يذكر أنه بلغه عن أبي حازم، أنهم أتوه، فقالوا له

يا أبا حازم أما ترى قد غلا السعر، فقال: وما يغمكم من ذلك؟ إن الذي يرزقنا في الرخص هو الذي يرزقنا في الغلاء
