Question

Is there any Hadith that mentions that one who looks around in Salah his eyesight will be snatched away?

Answer

I have not come across a Hadith that states that looking around in Salah will cause one’s eyesight to be snatched away.  There is a similar Hadith which prohibits looking up towards the sky in Salah as this could cause a person’s eyesight to be snatched away. See this Hadith here.

The Hadiths which encourage concentration and devotion in Salah could be quoted to discourage looking around in Salah if this distracts a person. See here

The following Hadith could also be quoted to discourage turning and looking hither and thither while in Salah:

Sayyidah ‘Aishah (radiyallahu ‘anha) reported, “I asked Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) about turning and looking here and there in Salah.” He replied: “It is what Shaytan steals from your prayer.”

(Sahih Bukhari, Hadith: 751. Also see: Mirqatul Mafatih, Hadith: 982)

Kindly refer to a Mufti/Darul Ifta for a fatwa on the issue of looking around in Salah.

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
