Are there some Quranic verse or Hadith which says Laylatul Qadr is at any time during the Year outside Ramadan?

 

Answer

It was the view of Sayyiduna Ibn Mas’ud (radiyallahu’anhu) that one who stands every night of the year, will definitely get Laylatul Qadr.

(Sahih Muslim, Hadith: 1782)

 

Some commentators have understood this to mean that according to him, this night could be on any night of the year, even outside Ramadan. This has also been reported as the view of other Sahabah (radiyallahu’anhum) as well.
