Please share the source of this narration:

Fudayl (rahimahullah) said: “Whoever sees something wrong from his brother, yet smiles in his face, has betrayed him.”

 

Answer

This statement of Fudayl ibn ‘Iyad (rahimahullah) is recorded in Al Mujalasah wa Jawahirul ‘ilm.

Fudayl ibn ‘Iyad (rahimahullah) said: “Whoever sees a wrong committed by his brother and still smiles at him [without attempting to rectify him] has indeed betrayed him.”
