Question

Is this authentic?

A believer’s soul is removed like hair is removed from flour.

Answer

The soul of a believer is generally extracted easily, whereas the soul of a disbeliever refuses to leave the body easily.

Sayyiduna Buraydah (radiyallahu ‘anhu) reports that Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “A Mu’mins passing away is merely his forehead breaking out into perspiration.”

(Sunan Tirmidhi, Hadith: 982. Classified sound by Imam Tirmidhi -rahimahullah-)
