Two Rak’ahs After Witr

QuestionThere is a Hadith in Sahih ibn Hibban that Prophet Muhammad (sallallahu 'alayhi wa sallam) said: This journey is strenuous and exhausting. If you pray Witr, offer two rak'ahs afterwards if you wake up, otherwise they will be written for you. How authentic is this Hadith? Please provide the reference.
