Could you verify this narration?

Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said to us: “If one of you attends the Masjid, let her not put on perfume.”

 

Answer

Imam Muslim (rahimahullah) has recorded this Hadith. The Hadith is therefore authentic.

Sayyidah Zaynab Ath Thaqafiyyah (radiyallahu ‘anha) reported that Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) told us, ‘When any one of you [women] comes to the Masjid, she should not apply fragrance/perfume.”

(Sahih Muslim, Hadith: 443)
