Is this Hadith authentic?
Ata’ al-Khurasani reported from Anas ibn Malik (radiyallahu ‘anhu) who said: “Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “The love of four will never be combined in the heart of a hypocrite, Abu Bakr, ‘Umar, ‘Uthman and ‘Ali (radiyallahu ‘anhum).”
Answer
This narration is recorded in Musnad ‘Abd ibn Humayd, Musnadush Shamiyyin and other Hadith sources.
The following word appear in Musnadush Shamiyyin:
Sayyiduna Anas (radiyallahu ‘anhu) reported that Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “The love of these four will not be found in the heart of a hypocrite; Abu Bakr, ‘Umar, ‘Uthman, and ‘Ali (radiyallahu ‘anhum).”
(Musnadush Shamiyyin, Hadith: 2312)
The following words appear in Musnad ‘Abd ibn Humayd:
Sayyiduna ‘Abu Hurayrah (radiyallahu ‘anhu) reported that Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “The love of these four will only be found in the heart of a Believer; Abu Bakr, ‘Umar, ‘Uthman, and ‘Ali (radiyallahu ‘anhum).”
(Muntakhab Musnad ‘Abd ibn Humayd, Hadith: 1464)
‘Allamah Busiri (rahimahullah) has declared the narrators of the above chain reliable. However, Hafiz Ibn Hajar (rahimahullah) has stated that the chain contains an omission.

Nevertheless, these chains corroborate each other. The Hadith is suitable to quote.
