Reference for Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) Making Du’a for the Ummah in Every Salah

QuestionKindly provide the authenticity/reference of the following narration: Nabi (sallallahu 'alayhi wa sallam) made du'a for 'Aishah (radiyallahu 'anha) due to which she became very happy. Nabi (sallallahu 'alayhi wa sallam) said I make this du'a for my Ummah every day.

Sleeping According to Sunnah Yields the Reward of ‘Ibadah
