I often see pictures and videos showing huge crowds of Muslims in Madinah Munawwarah, Makkah Mukarramah, ‘Arafah, Mina and other places, with the caption:

ومن سيصدقني يا خديجة؟

Meaning: Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) is said to have asked Sayyidah Khadijah (radiyallahu ‘anha), “Who will believe me and my message?”

These images of large crowds are then shared as a visual response to that statement, suggesting that the millions of Muslims today are the answer to this question.

Is this correct?

Answer

I have not come across this in any Primary Hadith source nor any secondary Hadith source. This should not be quoted until it can be sourced and then verified.

Furthermore, the wording is problematic, as it implies a sense of uncertainty and doubt regarding Allah’s promise of assistance, and Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) was far above this. He had the most profound trust in Allah Ta’ala and the firmest conviction in His promises.
