I would like to ask about the narrator of Hadith, ‘Uthman ibn ‘Abdillah Al Mawsili, what was his status?

‘Allamah Dhahabi (rahimahullah) writes regarding ‘Uthman ibn ‘Abdillah Al Mawsili Al Khawlani, ‘Al Azdi (rahimahullah) discredited him and has cited an extremely unreliable narration of his (تكلم فيه الأزدي وساق له خبرا ساقطا).
