What is the Hadith which states that shoelaces will speak on Qiyamah?

You are probably referring to the following Hadith recorded in Sunan Tirmidhi which states that a person’s shoelaces will speak:

Sayyiduna Abu Sa’id al Khudri (radiyallahu ‘anhu) reported that Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “By Him in whose Control is my life, Qiyamah will not come to pass until predatory animals converse with humans and even the tip of a man’s whip and the straps/laces of his shoe/sandals will communicate with him, and his own thigh will inform him about the events that transpired in his household after he has departed.”

(Sunan Tirmidhi, Hadith: 2181)

Imam Tirmidhi (rahimahullah) has declared the Hadith authentic (hasanun sahih)

Disclaimer: In principle, the signs of Qiyamah are ambiguous and nuanced and only Allah Ta’ala Knows their precise timing and exact application. One should certainly take heed from such Hadiths and signs, despite their application to specific events being open to interpretation.

(٢١٨١) – حدثنا سفيان بن وكيع، قال: حدثنا أبي، عن القاسم بن الفضل، قال: حدثنا أبو نضرة العبدي، عن أبي سعيد الخدري قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «والذي نفسي بيده لا تقوم الساعة حتى تكلم السباع الإنس، وحتى تكلم الرجل عذبة سوطه وشراك نعله وتخبره فخذه بما أحدث أهله من بعده.
وفي الباب عن أبي هريرة.
وهذا حديث حسن صحيح غريب، لا نعرفه إلا من حديث القاسم بن الفضل، والقاسم بن الفضل ثقة مأمون عند أهل الحديث وثقه يحيى بن سعيد القطان وعبد الرحمن بن مهدي.
