I am looking for the Hadith regarding the Quran speaking on behalf of the man who would recite it and he will be made to wear “tajul-karamah”

You are probably referring to the following Hadith recorded in Sunan Tirmidhi and other Hadith collections:

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (radiyallahu ‘anhu) reported that Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “The Quran will come on the Day of Qiyamah and say, “O my Rabb, Beautify him [i.e. The person who devoted his life to Quran]” He will be made to wear a crown of honour.” The Quran will then say, “O my Rabb, grant him more.” He will be dressed in garments of honour. The Quran will then say. “O my Rabb! Be pleased with him.” Allah will be pleased with him” He will then be told, “Recite and rise up. For each Verse he recites, his reward will increase'”

(Sunan Tirmidhi, Hadith: 2915)

(٢٩١٥) – حدثنا نصر بن علي الجهضمي قال: حدثنا عبد الصمد بن عبد الوارث قال: أخبرنا شعبة، عن عاصم، عن أبي صالح، عن أبي هريرة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: «يجيء القرآن يوم القيامة فيقول: يا رب حله، فيلبس تاج الكرامة، ثم يقول: يا رب زده، فيلبس حلة الكرامة، ثم يقول: يا رب ارض عنه، فيرضى عنه، فيقال له: اقرأ وارق، ويزاد بكل آية حسنة»: -هذا حديث حسن- حدثنا محمد بن بشار قال: حدثنا محمد بن جعفر قال: حدثنا شعبة، عن عاصم ابن بهدلة، عن أبي صالح، عن أبي هريرة، نحوه، ولم يرفعه: -وهذا أصح عندنا من حديث عبد الصمد، عن شعبة-.
