Question

I am looking for the incident regarding Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) and Mariyah Al Qibtiyyah (radiyallahu ‘anha).

When Ibrahim (radiyallahu ‘anhu), the son of Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) passed away, Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said that he is enjoying himself in the gardens of Jannah. When Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) asked Mariyah (radiyallahu ‘anha) if she would like to see this, she said that there was no need for this because she believes in the words of Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam).

I have not come across this incident in any Hadith source. Imam Ibn Majah (rahimahullah) has recorded a similar incident regarding Sayyidah Khadijah (radiyallahu ‘anha) with a very weak chain. See it here
