Question
What is the correct reference for this Hadith? I have heard it is in Musnad Ahmad.
Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “By Allah! I haven’t found a better wife than Khadijah (radiyallahu ‘anha).”

You are probably referring to the Hadith recorded by Imam Ahmad and Imam Tabarani (rahimahumallah). The following words appear in Musnad Ahmad:
Sayyidah ‘Aishah (radiyallahu ‘anha) said: “Whenever Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) would mention Khadijah (radiyallahu ‘anha), he would speak of her with the highest praise. Once, I was overcome with possessive jealousy and said, “You frequently mention that [old woman] whereas Allah has replaced you with better.” Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “Allah ‘Aza wa Jalla has not granted me anyone better than her. She believed in me when the people disbelieved. affirmed my truthfulness when others rejected me, she supported me with her wealth when others withheld and Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla granted me children from her and not from other wife.”

(٢٤٨٦٤) – حدثنا علي بن إسحاق، أخبرنا عبد الله، قال: أخبرنا مجالد، عن الشعبي، عن مسروق، عن عائشة، قالت: كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا ذكر خديجة أثنى عليها، فأحسن الثناء، قالت: فغرت يوما، فقلت: ما أكثر ما تذكرها حمراء الشدق، قد أبدلك الله عز وجل بها خيرا منها، قال: «ما أبدلني الله عز وجل خيرا منها، قد آمنت بي إذ كفر بي الناس، وصدقتني إذ كذبني الناس، وواستني بمالها إذ حرمني الناس، ورزقني الله عز وجل ولدها إذ حرمني أولاد النساء».
حاشية السندي على مسند الإمام أحمد: (٥/ ٥١٣)
قوله (حمراء الشدق) أي: سقطت أسنانها لكبر سنها حتى ظهر الحمرة في شدقها وهذا كناية عن كونها عجوزة.

(٢٢) – حدثنا الحسين بن إسحاق التستري، ثنا يحيى الحماني، ثنا ابن المبارك، عن مجالد، عن الشعبي، عن مسروق، عن عائشة، قالت: كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا ذكر خديجة أحسن عليها الثناء، فقلت: ما تذكر منها وقد أبدلك الله بها خيرا؟، قال: «ما أبدلني الله بها خيرا منها، صدقتني إذ كذبني الناس، وواستني بمالها إذ حرمني الناس، ورزقني الله منها الولد إذ لم يرزقني من غيرها».
