What is the grade of the following Hadith?

ناكح اليد ملعون

 

Answer

The Muhaddithun have stated that these words do not have any basis.

(Refer: Al Asrarul Marfu’ah, Hadith: 569 and Al Masnu’, Hadith: 378)

However, there are narrations that state that among those people whom Allah will not look at on the Day of Qiyamah and will cast them into Jahannam is the one who masturbates. See here
