O Allah! I seek refuge in You from leprosy, madness and evil diseases

Imam Ibn Hibban (rahimahullah) has declared the Hadith authentic.

(١٠١٧) – أخبرنا الفضل بن الحباب، قال: حدثنا، موسى بن إسماعيل، قال: حدثنا حماد بن سلمة، عن قتادة، عن أنس بن مالك، أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يقول: «اللهم إني أعوذ بك من البرص، والجنون، والجذام، وسيئ الأسقام».
