Question

Please quote the Hadith says that Allah will say: ‘Bring out of the fire anyone who remembered Allah for a day or feared Allah in one moment of his life ..

 

Answer

Sayyiduna Anas (radiyallahu’anhu) reports that Rasulullah (sallallahu’alayhi wasallam) said:

Allah Ta’ala will say: ‘Remove from the fire [of Jahannam] every such person who remembered me on any day or feared me on any occasion.’

(Sunan Tirmidhi, Hadith: 2594. Imam Tirmidhi (rahimahullah) has declared the narration as sound (hasan gharib) Imam Hakim (rahimahullah) has cited the longer version of this Hadith and declared it authentic -sahih. ‘Allamah Dhahabi has concurred with him. Refer: Mustadrak Hakim, vol.1 pg.70)
