Clarification regarding the narration on offering twenty rak’ahs after Maghrib Salah

Is this narration authentic?

Who ever performs six rak’ahs between Maghrib and ‘Isha Salah, Allah  Ta’ala will build for him a palace in Jannah. (Tirmidhi)

I have not come across this narration with this virtue in Sunan Tirmidhi.

Imam Tirmidhi (rahimahullah) has cited the following narration without a chain:

من صلى بعد المغرب عشرين ركعة بنى الله له بيتا في الجنة

Whoever offers twenty rak’ahs after Maghrib, Allah will build a home in Jannah for him

(Sunan Tirmidhi, after Hadith: 435)
