Please provide the reference for this:

Sayyiduna ‘Ali (radiyallahu ‘anhu) used to say: “When your Muslim brother visits you, feed him from the best of what is in your house. And if he is fasting, then apply perfume to him.”

Answer

This narration is recorded in Az Zuhd of Imam Ahmad and Imam Waki’ ibnul Jarrah (rahimahumallah).

Ismail ibn Said (rahimahullah) said: “I visited Habbah al ‘Urani (rahimahullah) and he presented to me a dish with dates on it. He said, “Eat, for if there were anything better than this in the house, I would have offered it to you.” Then he said: Sayyiduna ‘Ali (radiyallahu ‘anhu) used to say: “When your Muslim brother comes to you, feed him from the best that is in your home. And if he is fasting, then apply oil for him.”

(Az Zuhd of Imam Ahmad: 2310 and Az Zuhd of Imam Waki’: 645)
