Question
I would like to know the grading of this Hadith. Is it reliable?
Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “By the One in Whose control is Abul Qasim’s soul, ‘Isa Ibn Maryam shall descend as a just and a wise ruler. He shall destroy the cross, slay the swine, eradicate discord and grudges and money shall be offered to him and he will not accept it. Then, if he were to stand at my grave side and say: ‘O Muhammad!’, I will answer him.”

Imam Abu Ya’la (rahimahullah) has recorded this Hadith.
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (radiyallahu ‘anhu) said that he heard Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) say: “By the One in Whose [control] is the soul of Abul Qasim, ‘Isa ibn Maryam will surely descend as a just leader and fair judge. He will break the cross, kill the swine, restore harmony and remove enmity. Wealth will be presented to him, but he will not accept it. And if he were to stand at my grave and say, “O Muhammad,” I would surely respond to him.”
(Musnad Abi Ya’la, Hadith: 6584)
‘Allamah Haythami (rahimahullah) has declared the narrators credible (rijalus sahih). He has also stated that certain parts of this Hadith appear in the Sahih.

(٦٥٨٤) – حدثنا أحمد بن عيسى، حدثنا ابن وهب، عن أبي صخر، أن سعيدا المقبري، أخبره، أنه سمع أبا هريرة يقول: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: «والذي نفس أبي القاسم بيده لينزلن عيسى ابن مريم إماما مقسطا وحكما عدلا، فليكسرن الصليب، وليقتلن الخنزير، وليصلحن ذات البين، وليذهبن الشحناء، وليعرضن عليه المال فلا يقبله، ثم لئن قام على قبري فقال: يا محمد لأجيبنه».

(١٣٨٣٤) – وعن أبي هريرة قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: «والذي نفس أبي القاسم بيده، لينزلن عيسى بن مريم إماما مقسطا وحكما عدلا، فليكسرن الصليب، ويقتلن الخنزير، وليصلحن ذات البين، وليذهبن الشحناء، وليعرضن المال فلا يقبله أحد، ثم لئن قام على قبري فقال: يا محمد، لأجيبنه».
قلت: هو في الصحيح باختصار. رواه أبو يعلى، ورجاله رجال الصحيح.
صحيح مسلم:
(١٥٥) – حدثنا قتيبة بن سعيد، حدثنا ليث، ح، وحدثنا محمد بن رمح، أخبرنا الليث، عن ابن شهاب، عن ابن المسيب، أنه سمع أبا هريرة، يقول: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «والذي نفسي بيده، ليوشكن أن ينزل فيكم ابن مريم صلى الله عليه وسلم حكما مقسطا، فيكسر الصليب، ويقتل الخنزير، ويضع الجزية، ويفيض المال حتى لا يقبله أحد».
