Is this Hadith authentic?

ما جلس قوم مجلسا لم يذكروا الله فيه إلا كان عليهم ترة، وما مشى أحد ممشى لم يذكر الله فيه إلا كان عليه ترة، وما أوى أحد إلى فراشه ولم يذكر الله فيه إلا كان عليه ترة

Answer

Imam Ibn Hibban (rahimahullah) has recorded this Hadith and has declared it authentic:

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (radiyallahu ‘anhu) reported that Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “When people sit in a gathering and do not remember Allah therein, that gathering will be a regret for them and non walks without remembering Allah, except that walking will be a [cause] of regret and none retires to bed without remembering Allah, except that that will be a cause of regret for him.”
