The month of Sha’ban is the month of the Quran reciters i.e. The month to recite the Quran in abundance

 

Answer

Hafiz Ibn Rajab Al Hambali (rahimahullah) has cited this as the statement of Habib ibn Abi Thabit (rahimahullah), a Tabi’i. He has also cited this on the authority of Salamah ibn Kuhayl (rahimahullah) who said, ‘It used to be said that the month of Sha’ban is the month of the Quran reciters.’
