Question Is there a Hadith stating that if a person recites 'La ilaha illallah' 70 000 times, he is guaranteed Jannah/ safety from Jahannam?

Question Is the following Hadith Qudsi reliable? Allah Ta'ala says: "La ilaha illallah is my fortress, whomsoever enters it will be safer from my punishment"
