Question I read a Hadith somewhere that states (something to the effect) that if a fly falls in something, one should dip it fully and then drink that because there is disease in one wing and cure in the other. Can you please explain?

Question I know that Surah Fatihah can be recited to cure scorpion stings from the Hadith of Abu Sa’id Al-Khudri. But can Surah Fatihah be used to cure all illnesses and health problems in general (other than scorpion stings) as well? If so, please cite the Hadith and it’s authenticity.
