How authentic is Mulla ‘Ali Al Qari’s book, Al Adab Fi Rajab and can we quote the Hadiths from it?

Mulla ‘Ali Al Qari (rahimahullah) discusses different topics regarding the month of Rajab in his book, Al Adab Fi Rajab. He has not mentioned that he will only cite authentic narrations. Each narration will therefore have to be inspected individually.

However, Mulla ‘Ali Al Qari (rahimahullah) cites the grading of many of the Hadiths therein. These should therefore be noted before quoting a Hadith mentioned in this book.
