Answer
Imam Bayhaqi (rahimahullah) has recorded this Hadith in his book Al Asma Was Sifat. Imam Ibn Hibban (rahimahullah) has declared the Hadith authentic.
(Al Asma Was Sifat, pg. 161, Hadith: 205, Sahih Ibn Hibban; Al Ihsan, Hadith: 218)
Gist of the Hadith in question
Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) mentioned a few verses from the Holy Quran, wherein Allah Ta’ala discusses those who were too arrogant and proud to accept ‘La ilaha illallah. In Surah Fath, Allah Ta’ala uses the words ‘Kalimatut Taqwa’ [The expression of Taqwa] which Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) explained is ‘La ilaha illallah Muhammadur Rasulullah’, which on the Day of Hudaybiyyah, the Mushrikun were too proud accept.
And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
