Is this a Hadith?

Sayyiduna Anas (radiyallahu ‘anhu) reports that Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam ) said:

“The creation are the dependents of Allah and the most beloved of the creation to Allah are those who are the most caring to their/His dependents.”

This Hadith is recorded in the following sources on the authority of Sayyiduna Anas (radiyallahu ‘anhu):

The following sources have recorded this on the authority of Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn Mas’ud (radiyallahu ‘anhu):

Al-Mu’jamul Awsat, Hadith: 5537

Shu’abul Iman, Hadith: 7048

This Hadith is weak, but suitable for encouraging the act of being kind and good towards others.
