Question

Is there any Hadith which shows that our A’mal (deeds) are presented to Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) every Monday and Thursday?

Answer

Authentic Hadiths state that our deeds are presented to Allah Ta’ala every Monday and Thursday.

(Sahih Muslim)

Several reliable Hadiths mention that our deeds are indeed shown to Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam), without mention of any specific day. In fact, one Hadith states that they are presented to Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) every morning and evening.

There are 2 Hadiths that state that our deeds are shown to Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) on Fridays. These Hadiths are weak but deemed suitable because of corroboration.

(Nihayatul Amal, pg. 18-19)

It is possible that in addition to being shown every day, the deeds are then also presented on a Friday for a specific purpose, like so that Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) may make special du’a for his ummat based on their deeds…?

Lastly, I haven’t seen any mention of our deeds being presented to Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) every Monday and Thursday.
