Is there a narration in Sahih Bukhari that states Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) was cupped on the middle of his head?
Yes, Imam Bukhari (rahimahullah) has recorded this narration several times on the authority of Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn Buhaynah and Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Abbas (radiyallahu ‘anhum).
Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) underwent cupping on the middle of his head while he was in the state of ihram due to headaches.

Note: One should be cautious and only consult a professional when doing cupping on the head. Imam Ma’mar, the famous teacher of Imam ‘Abdur Razzaq (rahimahumallah) had lost his memory -temporarily- after undergoing cupping on his head .
