Is the lengthy Hadith regarding the virtues of Ramadan reported by Sayyiduna Salman Al Farisi (radiyallahu ‘anhu) authentic?

This Hadith is recorded in Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah, Shu’abul Iman and other sources as well.

Imam Ibn Khuzaymah (rahimahullah) has expressed reservation regarding its authenticity.
